For routine legal work, charging by the hour makes no sense to our clients – they see no connection between the fees charged and the value of the work to them. It rewards inefficiency. From our client’s perspective, that’s unnerving.
So we’ve flipped that on its head. We offer fixed fees for standard work types.
Pricing

Buying a house for under $1.2m
With a mortgage: $1,850
