For routine legal work, charging by the hour makes no sense to our clients – they see no connection between the fees charged and the value of the work to them. It rewards inefficiency. From our client’s perspective, that’s unnerving.

So we’ve flipped that on its head. We offer fixed fees for standard work types.
Pricing
In the interests of transparency and providing our clients with a higher level of financial certainty, we offer fixed fees on all our standard work. For non-standard work or work beyond the scope of the services list below, please contact us on +64 3 450 0000.
Buying a house for under $1.2m
With a mortgage: $1,850
Mortgage free: $2,300
